Return Policy

We want you (and your little one!) to absolutely love your pajamas. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with tags attached

To start a return, please email us at support@nestandmoon.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

Return shipping cost:
A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
(If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we’ll cover the cost.)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


Exchanges

Need a different size or print? No problem!
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.

To request an exchange, email us at support@nestandmoon.com and include your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and your preferred replacement size or style.
We’ll email you a return shipping label, and send your new item once your original is on its way back to us.


Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, we can provide store credit instead of a refund.
Just let us know the order number or the name of the gift giver when you reach out.


Final Sale Items

Please note that sale items, clearance items, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
